We built a fresh ChatGPT workspace from scratch, compared GPT-4o, GPT-o3, o4-mini and o4-mini-high side by side, and used OpenRouter's live latency and cost leaderboard to pick the cheapest model that still meets quality targets.
Then we rebuilt a generic prompt with the Role-Task-Context-Format blueprint, and turned a real founder pitch into a full landing page, followed by a CRO prompt pack to sharpen copy and suggest A/B variants.
